The House of (Ned) Stark, a Game of Thrones shirt

After almost a week of waiting for Teefury to answer if they’ve selected the design, I decided to self promote it at other websites. Recently, I discovered a website that’s all about artists exposure. RedBubble.com offers a place for both displaying your best designs and sell them as t-shirts, stickers or wall art.

The first design to enter my portfolio there is the same design I submitted Teefury.com for the first time. The title for this design is “The House of (Ned) Stark”. This design is based on the new and popular series by HBO, “Game of Thrones”, and a board game I used to play a lot when I was a kid, “The Game of Life”. The design shows the family of Ned Stark, the Hand of the King. A numerous family (8). This is an analogy to the theme and purpose of “The Game of Life”, which is to create your own family and be successful in life. In this case, the characters from the series are represented as pieces of the board game, but in full costume. The title is a gimmick of the board game’s title itself, but refers to the House of Stark.
